Where Law and Technology Intersect™

Welcome

Welcome to the EEJD Blog!

Today is the official first day "live" for this blog. Today is the day I will begin writing about the law and technology. I'm Brandon Rash, a law student at the University of Richmond. I have an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, and thus, this blog represents the convergence of my degrees and my interests, and hopefully your interests too!

I'm not sure of the exact direction that this blog will take, but I hope it will be interesting, informative, and enlightening for you. While topics may include anything relating to law and technology, it will focus primarily on intellectual property law and the electrical arts (computers, electronics, and the Internet). As a technologist, I am particularly interested in the law's effect on technological innovation.

To get started, check out more about this blog and find out how you can contact me. Your feedback is welcome!
