Edelman's Research on Spyware Makes a Difference
The Trademark Blog highlights the effect Ben Edelman's research is having on Spyware. Nice work Ben.
Update: I suppose that I should add that while Ben's research has been superb, it is Ben's clear and concise publication that has made the difference. Knowledge is great, but it doesn't change much until you disseminate it.
